Join us on Friday, April 5, Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7 for our three-day event featuring a Friday Wine Pairing Dinner, Saturday Tasting, Saturday Aperitif Tasting, Sunday Champagne Brunch and a Sunday Tasting. Guests of the Saturday and Sunday tastings will receive a commemorative wine tasting glass, event program and  access to Wine Check services. If you purchase two or more bottles of wine please utilize our Wine Check. When wine is purchased, the winery will provide you with a Wine Check slip. After the festival, come to the Wine Check and show your Wine Check slip to the attendant. They will locate your purchase for you. The Wine Check area is located in our Snowsport School area. Wine Check will close promptly at 6pm.

Lamb:  Celebration of Spring. Eating lamb is a celebrated Spring tradition as it is a symbol of rebirth. Its consumption has been prevalent throughout the history of civilization and a staple of European, Middle Eastern, Asian, and North African diets.  Come learn about how to prepare this delicate morsel.

New World Vs Old World: 
A Four Course Wine Pairing Dinner!


Friday, April 5
6:30PM in the Mountain Ballroom
Our wine expert has paired New World and Old World wines with an exquisite four course dinner.  Terry Balent from Southern Wine & Spirits will explain the difference between the New World & Old World winemaking regions with a comparison of Riesling, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Moscato grape varieties.

Cost: $92.40 per person. Tickets are available online and must be purchased in advance before April 1 at noon.

Aperitif Poolside Tasting

Saturday, April 6
6 - 7PM by the outdoor pool

Aperitif is French for starter drink, an opener to stimulate your appetite.  Come and experience a “World” of welcome with sampling of Ouzo, Pastis, Campari, Aperol and a Vermouth cocktail.  Aperitif tastings will be paired with an “amuse buche” consisting of stuffed olives, onion & rosemary pizza and Marcona almonds.
 

Fee: $20 per person

Champagne Brunch

Sunday, April 7
Seatings of 50 at 10AM, 11AM, 12PM

Enjoy a full brunch Sunday morning before the Sunday Tasting. Brunch fee also includes entry to Sundays Wine Tastings. Each guest will receive a complimentary glass of champagne. A full brunch menu can be found here.

-Festival tickets are non-refundable.
-Late arrivals will be charged full price for entry.
-Event attendees must be 21 years of age, or older, and have a valid ID.

-Children and infants are not permitted into the event.
-Pets are not permitted into the event unless medically necessary.
-Promotional photos or videos may be taken at the event. By purchasing a ticket, all attendees consent to the use of their image in Bear Creek promotional materials.
-Outside coolers, food and beverages are not permitted into the event.
-Bear Creek reserves the right to remove any individuals from the Wine and Food event for any reasons.
-Bear Creek reserves the right to inspect any/all bags and deny entry of any/all bags.
-Photo, video or audio recording of entertainers is not permitted.
