BEAR CREEK TO HOST 4TH ANNUAL BREW FEST
MACUNGIE, PA. -- The 2009 Bear Creek Brew Fest, sponsored by Berks County Living magazine, radio station WZZO and the Philadelphia Premium Outlets, will be held on June 7, 2009 at Bear Creek Mountain Resort and Conference Center.

The festival will take place from 1-5pm and will be held outdoors at the base of the mountain. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be moved inside to the Lodge and Mountain Ballroom. Bear Creek will host 22 breweries, including Allentown/Bethlehem Brew Works, American Ale, Bavarian Barbarian, Bud Light, Blue Moon, Clipper City, Cricket Hill, Harpoon, Lancaster, Landshark, Long Trail, McKenzie Brew House, Magic Hat, Sam Adams, Shock Top, Sly Fox, Spaten, Stoudts, Troegs, Victory, Weyerbacher and Yuengling.

Attendees will enjoy live entertainment by local band Tavern Tan and will have the opportunity to attend a beer seminar hosted by Jason Pope, Executive Chef at Bear Creek, who will speak on the topic of cooking with beer.

Tickets are available for $25 in advance or $30 at the door and include a commemorative tasting glass. Designated driver tickets are also available for $5. The Inn at Bear Creek is also offering a Brew Fest package. Starting at just $195.95 for two guests, this package includes an overnight stay at The Inn at Bear Creek, two tickets for event with commemorative glasses, two Brew Fest t-shirts and breakfast for at the Trail’s End Café.
