This year’s resort holidays are December 23, 2023 through January 1, 2024; January 13 through 15, 2024; and February 17 through 19, 2024..

Birthdates for ALL participants must be entered upon purchase. This ensures the minimum age requirement of 6 years of age or older is fulfilled for each participant. Special night pricing not valid on resort holidays.

Group Session & Rates:

 

Special daytime snow tubing sessions may be available for midweek groups of 50 or more. Group snow tubing is available Monday through Thursday, 6-8:00pm. Call Group Sales at 610-641-7180 or [email protected] for details.

Rules & Regulations:

  • Single-rider tubes available only 
  • Participants must be at least 6 years old and 42” tall — birthdates for all participants must be entered upon purchase
  • Participants (or parent/guardian if under 18) must sign a waiver
  • Snowtubing tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value
  • Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

FAQs

All participants must be at least 6 years old to snow tube and at least 42 inches in height.

The maximum weight for individual snow tubers is 250 lbs.

Birthdates for all participants must be entered upon purchase. This ensures the minimum age requirement of 6 years of age or older is fulfilled for each participant.

Check your spam/junk folder. Sometimes it ends up there. In the event you don’t receive the confirmation email, please email [email protected] or [email protected] with the following information:

  • Name of purchaser
  • Date of arrival
  • Ask for your itinerary ID and for the confirmation email to be resent

 

If you don’t receive the confirmation email, Guest Services can look up your sale via itinerary ID upon your arrival.

That’s a friendly reminder that you left something in your cart and didn’t complete the check out process. Click “modify this itinerary” on the email to complete your purchase.

In order to receive your lift tickets when you arrive at the resort, follow the steps below:

  • Click “print vouchers” from within the email
  • Redeem your lift ticket voucher at any of our four kiosks by the ticket windows or at the kiosk in the Guest Services Lobby

 

If your barcodes are not showing or you are having trouble, please come into Guest Services. Our staff will gladly assist you in getting your tickets.

No. All snow tubing participants must sign their own waiver. An additional signature from a parent or guardian is required for those under the age of 18.

A valid snow tubing lift ticket is required. 

 

Helmets are not required; however, they are recommended. Many guests prefer to take this extra safety measure. You can bring your own or rent a helmet from the resort’s rental shop located in the lodge plaza. 

 

Since snow tubing in PA is an outdoor winter sport, the resort suggests all guests dress for the conditions with appropriate winter gear: hats, gloves, snow boots, snow pants, and snow jackets are highly recommended.

No. The snow tubing slope is one section of the mountain divided into 10 lanes. All lanes are the same length.

Since snow tubing is an outdoor recreational sport, all guests assume a risk of injury when participating. It is important to follow all guidelines and instructions; however, that does not ensure the elimination of risk. 

No. For the well-being of all guests, Bear Creek provides all snow tubing participants with single-rider tubes.

No. Bear Creek only offers single-rider tubes. Parents are not permitted to ride with children in tubes.

Bear Creek has a carpet lift that takes all snow tubing guests up to the top of the hill.

All guests stand on the moving carpet and carry their tubes with them for the entire duration of the lift. Please do not walk up the lift while carpet is in motion.

No. The snow tubing park is prepared and maintained daily to allow for rubber tubes only. carpet is in motion.
