Mountain Camp

Bear Creek Mountain Camp 2025 is a week-long summer adventure camp for kids aged 6-15, held over ten weeks. Campers explore 330 scenic acres, engaging in activities like hiking, archery, biking, swimming, zip-lining, ATV tours, kayaking, fishing, water slide, tennis, pickleball, gaga ball, disc golf and more.

Campers will have the opportunity to make new friends, work on group projects, and experience fresh air, fun games, and opportunities to build life-long skills.

Groups are based on age. Friends may request to be grouped together. All six- and seven-year-olds are placed together allowing us to provide age-appropriate activities.

The camp runs Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. Early drop-off as early as 7:30 AM and late pick-up as late as 5:30 PM is available daily.

What to Expect At Mountain Camp

Registration capacity is based on a camper-to-counselor ratio. On average, there are 5 to 6 campers per counselor. Weather permitting, most time will be spent outside. However, we will also offer indoor activities in the event of inclement weather. All campers will receive a souvenir Bear Creek Mountain Camp T-shirt which they will tie-dye and personalize. Campers should pack a bagged lunch. Snacks will be provided each day.

Family Night

During our Family Nights, parents and siblings can join the campers to experience some of our activities. This night of fun (5:30pm to 8:00pm) will feature our most popular activities. Details will be shared prior to the dates.

Waiver

All participants must sign a waiver to participate in the Bear Creek Mountain Camp.

Drop Off/Pick Up

All campers must be dropped off and picked up at the Camp Office. Early drop off and late pickup are available for an additional fee.

Early Drop Off Applies to drop off before 8:45 am. Campers can be dropped off as early as 7:30 am	$35

Early drop off and late pick up times must be selected and paid for at the time of your Mountain Camp purchase.

Terms & Conditions

Mountain Camp purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE and may not be transferred to another week. If Mountain Camp is canceled, you will be offered a full refund or the option to use your payment for a future camp week in this or the next calendar year.
