The 2024-25 season is fast approaching. Book your trip now to get the date that you want.
Group rates are available to groups of 15 or more. You will receive one free lift ticket for every 15 purchased. Space is limited. Book early to guarantee your choice of dates.
To receive discounted group rates, the group leader must contact the Bear Creek Sales Office at least three days prior to the visit. Group leaders must purchase 15 or more tickets upon arrival and must be present for all transactions.

Groups can also reserve multi-session plans. These can be used individually or in groups until the end of the 23/24 winter season. They can be used Monday through Friday (except for holidays). All multi-session passes can be redeemed for extended- day lift tickets. Passes must be picked up at the Group Sales Office.

*Renters under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian’s signature. All persons renting equipment must have a Rental Contract Release form filled out to be submitted to the rental shop
Special daytime snow tubing sessions may be available for midweek groups of 50 or more. Group snow tubing is available Monday through Thursday, 6-8:00pm.

We offer a private room available for small groups and get-togethers. The room can be booked for $100 for the 2hrs and $25 for each additional hour.

Holiday rates are in effect: Resort holidays are December 23, 2023 through January 1, 2024; January 13 through 15, 2024; and February 17 through 19, 2024.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. All ticket purchases/vouchers must be used within the designated ski season. Tickets or vouchers cannot be transferred to the next ski season. If Bear Creek closes the slopes due to inclement weather during the season, your ticket or voucher can be transferred to another day. Vouchers will not be issued due to end of season closing date.
