Donation Requests

Donation Requests

We have been committed to supporting our local community for over 20 years. We review all donation requests within two weeks. If the request is approved, the donation requester will be contacted by email. Approved donations will receive two vouchers based on the current season.

 

How to Request a Donation

  • Requests must be made 30 days prior to the event
  • Must provide a description of the organization affiliated with the contributions
  • Must include a self-addressed, stamped return envelope
  • Requesting organization and auction must reside locally (within a 50-mile radius of Bear Creek Mountain Resort)
