Raise a glass to our Harvest Wine & Spirits Festival on Sunday, November 17, 2024.
Guests will enjoy complimentary wine and spirits samples from local producers, plus live music. To commemorate the festival, guests will receive a tasting glass.
Time: VIP – 12 PM to 5 PM, General Admission -1 PM to 5pm
Location: Bear Creek Mountain Resort indoors in the Lodge and Mountain Ballroom

New this year, The VIP Package. In addition to a commemorative tasting glass, VIP parking, VIP lounge areas, swag bag, t-shirt and early entry, VIP guests will get to explore the resort and more on our first ever “Happy Fall Y’all VIP Trail.”
Your trail map will lead you to exciting stations all afternoon. A special pairing is Presented by Talerico’s Tropical Winery where guests will sample delicious wines paired perfectly with craft cheeses. Our relaxing VIP lounge off the beaten path hosts a private deck, fireplace and light hors d’oeuvres. Stops along the way will provide guests with boozy beverages and signature cocktail samples presented by Southern Glaziers Wine & Spirits.
Feeling nostalgic? Visit our Woodland Ballroom for a fun DIY project (it’s a secret) and a cup of spiked hot coca. Grab yourself a bottle to share and head outdoors to our secluded firepits where you will get to experience our featured stop of the Sweet and Savor S’mores Bar, complete with all the traditional fixings as well as assorted cheeses to melt and jams to try! Roast your own treats and cheeses for the perfect blend of sugar and spice. Signature S’mores for the event include (Sweet) Pumpkin Pie S’more, Cherry Cheesecake S’more, ( Savory) A Taste of Fall and Waking Winter Savory S’more.
All attendees must be 21+ and have a valid ID. Designated Driver tickets are available for $5.

The Summit Soiree, a welcome party for guests attending our Harvest Wine & Spirits Festival the following day, will include an exclusive event on Saturday night, November 16 where guests can mingle and enjoy hors d’oeuvres and cocktails while listening to live music and taking in the beauty of the mountain.
